The World-Famous (to some people) online-novels of Lark and Musings, for you to sit back and enjoy in the quietness of your own home. Warning, all novels may contain traces of nuts, and insanity in large doses. (Reading hint: For more enjoyment and less wanting-to-die-from-how-stupid-it-all-is, L&M Blognovels are suggested read in smaller doses, rather than in one sitting).

Avoiding the Issue

Krulnor stood on the edge of the gorge, and behelded the pain and suffering that would have befelled him, had he befallen in earlier.

"Gosh," he muttered, "That was close. Good thing that Albert (for indeed, he had learned Albert's name by reading his name-tag) was here to help me to avoid the fate that had been set up by the entiriety of the previous chapter, thus completely annoying the ones of fans who had hoped to see me face that challenge."

Having said this, he turned his back to the gorge, and faced the village of Nelksun.

The chief of Nelksun had come out of the village to greet the hero, and congratulate him for completing the journey there successfully. He was riding atop a large unicorn wearing a leather jacket, that was in turn riding on the back of a large war rhinoceros named Gilchrist - thus showing his immense power, status, and eccentricity.

But even as Krulnor beheld his newest benefactor, he quickly fled backwards from him.

For even heroes need to remember that spinning on cliff-edges is not a wise decision.

Wait, did I say 'fled'? I meant 'fell'.. I always get those two confused...
